At present, the „Tableaux historiques“, a graphic cycle on the subject of the French revolution, is being shown in the artists‘ museum. This extensive edition containing images of the French revolution was widespread between 1791 and 1817, which can be seen as a testimony of the publishers’ readiness to take risks. The exhibition shows exemplary pictures of events during the revolution and their modified versions as shown in foreign exhibitions.
