The Expansionist Art Empire is a gallery with her very own approach of exhibiting art. Gallery owners Molly Ackerman and Fred Rohde are artists themselves. They have always been involved in working with other artists, either as exhibiting professionals, as performance artists or as curators for galleries.

Molly Ackerman is a painter/sculpturer/performer/producer and a curator of the ABC Treehouse Gallery, Voetboogstraat 11, Amsterdam. Fred Rohde is a photographer who exhibits and publishes his work. He teaches also photography at the Leiden Academic Art Center. The gallery will encourage new and young artists to exhibit their work combined with established professionals.
